Neodays may look overly simple, but it is a very complete tileset, and the high contrast and simple design makes it very easy on your eyes and makes it much less likely you'll miss anything. Use tiles: (set to true) Choose tileset : UNDEAD_PEOPLE . Select which tileset you want with the arrow keys. If you dont have this option make sure youve installed the version of cataclysm that uses tiles and not the OG ASCII version. Side note, under the general tab towards the bottom is where you can select your soundpack for future reference.

I mean a tileset that's simple and easy to look at (clean retro look or w/e), while still being detailed enough you can tell instantly what you're looking at. This seems to be the repository for the other tilesets in unstitched together form. So you could search that to see if they have any of the missing things and stitch together a sheet and add the lines into the tilesheet json for the undead people.
